Trump, pedophile and immigrant hater, has cut funding meant for helping victims of human trafficking. Why? Cause he is a pedophile, and a hypocrite, who is best buddies with Jeffery Epstein.

https://www.washingtonpost.com/crime-law/2019/08/02/trump-administration-cuts-funding-victims-human-trafficking/?noredirect=on&utm_term=.e6c581ec9a98

There is no excuse for supporting Trump. Literally none.

The funding is meant to help clear the criminal records of victims of trafficking, because those criminal records basically fuck over them further due to our shitty criminal justice system, a downward spiral of human victimization in America. This country sucks when it really doesn't have to.

But this IS a country where far too many people think torturing children is the best response to people wanting a better life.

How is he a hypocrite on human trafficking? It got him a hot wife, working as a 'model' on an illegal greencard. Seems to me he loves human trafficking.

All that other stuff aside, how is the US torturing children exactly?

I dunno, I consider putting thousands of children in conditions where they'd being denied basic amenities that soldiers who were captured by Al'Queda said that even they got is some degree of torture.

Somewhat off-topic but still important. Do you have a subscription to WaPo or something? Because you cite them often, but the site has a paywall in place once you reach their limit on free viewings, which is extremely low. I can't find any other article on this so the only way to see what you're linking is to pay up, or circumvent the paywall, which I don't think I need to explain the issues with that.

On-topic: Uh, well probably bad. I don't even know the story so, not much to comment on.

A common torture technique is deprive sleep, food, sanitation and room to move. While it's not as bad as waterboarding or jabbing someone with something, the US is NOT meant to do the later anyway, so...

Let me know when you finally decide that you wont vote for Trump a second time.

I mean, let's not leave out the sexual abuse, because we know that's happening.

Due to the current state of US foster care system and the unvetted people running it who are in control of the treatment of these children, children are currently being rampantly neglected, sexually and physically abused in this system in addition to being sent off to human traffickers to never be seen again. Trump's administration lost track of thousands of children they placed into the system and have yet to locate them at all.

https://www.nytimes.com/2018/09/18/us/politics/us-migrant-children-whereabouts-.html

This is a most serious and urgent issue because of the state of the US foster care system and it's human trafficking of immigrant children:
https://www.reuters.com/article/us-usa-trafficking-fostercare/without-family-u-s-children-in-foster-care-easy-prey-for-human-traffickers-idUSKBN1I40OM
https://www.huffpost.com/entry/stopping-the-foster-care_b_4170483
https://www.freedomunited.org/news/60-of-trafficked-children-once-in-foster-care/?gclid=EAIaIQobChMI3OmFkbPo4wIVBxgMCh2CBA51EAAYASAAEgJkn_D_BwE
https://www.fairus.org/issue/illegal-immigration/human-trafficking-exploitation-illegal-aliens

This has been made much worse due to Trump's policies dumping many more children on the system than usual in addition to his preference for using the unvetted religious organizations who were responsible for the sexual abuse and trafficking in the first place:

https://www.au.org/blogs/wall-of-separation/au-leads-allies-in-condemning-trump-administrations-foster-care-policy
https://www.washingtonpost.com/health/2019/02/08/trump-administration-seeks-authority-fund-religious-foster-care-groups-that-reject-lgbtq-parents/
https://www.desmoinesregister.com/story/news/investigations/readers-watchdog/2017/01/26/child-molestation-suspect-former-iowa-pastor-foster-parent/97106506/
https://kutv.com/news/local/lawsuit-lds-church-failed-to-keep-child-safe-from-abuse

Hell Trump's administration has already admitted thousands of families may have been separated than they estimated and they have been breaking the law by separating thousands more after the courts ordered them to stop:
https://abcnews.go.com/US/trump-administration-unsure-thousands-migrant-families-separated-originally/story?id=60797633
https://www.washingtonpost.com/immigration/aclu-us-has-taken-nearly-1000-child-migrants-from-their-parents-since-judge-ordered-stop-to-border-separations/2019/07/30/bde452d8-b2d5-11e9-8949-5f36ff92706e_story.html?noredirect=on&utm_term=.accf0cf0e363

That is why abuse and neglect of these children while in US care is pretty much out of control at this point:

Something, something, not til proven guilty, something, something, deserved it

EDIT: Sorry forgot: 'This is what happens when you bring them here. Why would you bring your child into danger like that.'

He is, and his whole sycophant administration are all for human trafficking. These types of psychopaths relish in making people vulnerable and desperate. More control and more avenues for exploitation. Of course they would do this. And they will keep doing this until their power is stripped from their poisonous hands.

Well, I suppose he'll eventually need to buy a replacament for Melania. Why make it harder? Bad idea! Makes no sense!
