No, people started using 4-20 in the 70's or 80's. A group of kids at some college in America would meet up at 4:20 to smoke weed and search for some that was apparently growing near them. They started using 4:20 as a code for smoking weed. Somehow it got into wider use.BrotherhoodOfSteel said:
