that happens if the person receiving or the one pictured is under the age of 18- that point it is considered child pornography. its just for the protection of the person pictured-keep it away from the creepy grandpas

Sigh...this is a moment in which i am disappointed with my own countries law system. It seems to me that most american laws are unclear when they need to be, E.g. sexual assault. I cant tell you how many times my father would help me practice a karate technique i was working on and he would be on the receiving end of a hit the the balls. If he or i could be sued over something stupid like that, then I'm moving to Canada because there is no reason when two children are joking around, that it should lead to a prosecution. I do however think that the child should recieve some sort of punishment, but not a prosecution.
Sure if he was maybe 20? then he could be charged, but he's 7, he's being beat up on by bigger kids, anything else he did would have just pissed them off more

Seriously? The kid is not only being bullied but could be seriously injured or killed by chocking and so he defends himself by a crotch-shot and HE'S in the wrong? That is messed up! Not only can a child of the age not sexually assault someone due to their balls not dropping yet but it was also in self defense. That is like calling sexual assault when someone brushes your butt in a crowded elevator. Not sure how they handle things in Boston but that is some messed up crap.
Ok, the kid was being choked, after getting his gloves stolen, so when he kicked him in the crotch (i read the article and that's more likely) but it would seem that no one cares about the kid, and he was sexually assaulting someone?

Sexual assault would be if I slapped a girl on the butt, or groped her chest, or even just wrapping my arms around her and pulling her really close to me could count, And they count because the reason I did these actions is because my actions were motivated by a Sexual urge. But a kid kicking another kid in the groin, because he's being choked? He was trying to fight the kid off. I don't know what's wrong with this school but I sure hope this kid Doesn't have to suffer because some adult is an idiot.

I'm not going to say I know one way or the other who was right, wrong or indifferent here... but the kid is seven. This could have been many things. Sexual assault is not one of those things.
I'm glad I grew up in a time when most children were allowed to be innocent for awhile.
