I don't know about being especially clever. But I'm fairly cunning, I'd say.

This one time I had to turn in an English assignment, but I didn't actually have it finished, so I took the Word files I was working on and intentionally corrupted them by opening them in Notepad and adding a few random characters. My plan was to bring them in on a thumb drive, explain to the teacher that I tried to print them in the computer lab but it didn't work, and then show her that they were corrupted. She let me turn the assignment in next class instead, and I managed to finish it by then.

I am most definitely a smart-ass. I have been called it loads of times. I'm pretty good academically as well, but I'd never admit it in person. I just have difficulty saying it to people. I've also been called witty, which is pretty cool.

I voted no! I get told I'm clever by my friends but that just makes me question how stupid they must be! I excel in "common sense"! Its underrated as an aspect of intellect! Possibly....

I would say I funny tho.... and they say that humour is something something smart guy thingy!

I'm pretty clever. I'll phrase most of what I say pretty cleverly. I make people laugh quite a bit when I do it, so I do it often, as I like to see people laugh.

That, actually. Although I try and make people laugh for another reason as well as the aforementioned; because it's a useful cover for my social ineptitude.

That's me to a T. And I'm not afraid to brag. I've come to grips with my sense of smug superiority over the majority of the people I work and play with. I'm a lexicon-enriched smart-ass who loves bad puns, and other people don't hesitate to let me know about it.

I'd like to think I make people laugh by being clever, but I think it's just a fluke or the fact that I ramble on so much that people don't know how to react, so they laugh. Either way, I do it as often as possible, because I too, like to make people laugh.
