When its lower in price, but ALL Bethesda games are overhyped, despite what award it would get, even IF it gets game of the year, it still will be overhyped.

I learnt years ago that if you wait a few months you don't end up paying £40 like a chump. Besides that with Uni I'll have responsibilities and friends again.

I really enjoyed Morrowind, Oblivion and Fallout 3 so yeah I have preordered it. Im under no illusion that it's going to be perfect but if I enjoyed those other games why wouldn't I enjoy this one just a little bit :p

Nope. I haven't been able to afford any game I've wanted this year. (Had to rent Deus Ex: Human Revolution, the game I was looking forward to most.) I'll probably have to wait until I get money to buy it (I've been saving up for a new PC) and even then, getting Human Revolution is my priority.

My only hope for Skyrim is that the leveling system isn't as horribly broken as Oblivion's was. Seriously, that killed Oblivion for me.

I probably will... When the price drops.

I'm interested, but there's enough games coming out that I already have my heart set on, like Arkham City and Saints Row 3 (and if I'm lucky, Battlefield 3). Plus I'm only just about to get a new job in the next few weeks and I have enough personal stuff coming up that demands my money... Like getting my license, New Years Eve, my 21st in March, etc.

Skyrim looks very cool, but it'll have to wait.

No, I've played Oblivion once for about 2 hours, one of the games that came with my PS3 iirc, and then I put it back in the box and never touched it again. I've literally never liked any game with a fantasy setting and I don't see any reason for Skyrim to be different, especially if it's anything like Oblivion which I abhorred.

I'm considering selling my soul in order to get the game early.
If you find a willing buyer, then by all means do let me know =D

I most certainly will be getting this game. As buggy as Oblivion could be, I still spent over 300+ hours playing that game (at most recent estimate and with over 20GBs on mods at the end) and am sure I will love Skyrim just as much.

My brother will. If the reviews are good, and he recommends it, and I like what I see, then i might get it when it's cheaper.

dude, when I get my little hands on skyrim I will install that game on my computer and after cleaning all the semen from my pc from Elder Scrolls Fanboy orgasms, I will play that game until my body stops working.

or I'm just gonna lover every single drop of that game like I did with Morrowind and Oblivion ;)

I love how people are either saying no, hating it, or fanatically yes.

For me.. That'll be a big bold no

If my PC is capable of handling it well then most defiantly but other wise I will wait until I have a decent PC. I don't want to buy it and find I can barely play it because of FPS lag on the lowest settings, I made that mistake with Bad Company 2.

Yes, I intend to do so but not in the first few months. Not because I think it will be buggy but because I 1) don't have much money and 2) Have so many other games to play.

I never played Oblivion, so I'll probably pick that up before I make a choice.
