And no, I will not vote. I will say that personally I liked IX the most, though X and XIII are strong contenders. There were aspects from every game I quite enjoyed (yes, even X-2), but IX was my favourite.

I have only played 7 and 13, and I hated 7. It sucked ass.

I'm still playing 13, but I'm really enjoying it.

There couldn't be 2 more different games in one option. It would have made more sense to put 8/10 in one option.

I quite agree with you, though there were bits from every game that I liked (though I myself have never played X-2), IX has got to be the best in the series for me. It's too bad that it doesn't nearly get quite the credit that it deserves, though.

I don't really like the Final Fantasy games very much, so the fact that FF7 is one of my fave RPG's should tell you just how good it really is.

Why're IX and X lumped together..?

Loved IX. Loved the music and characters, loved the setting, loved just abuot everything about it.

It's a tight competition between VII and IX.Both are the only FF games that I have been really familiarized with.
And both of them hold a special place in my childhood for being the first FF games that I tried.
