How can it be a new DLC if it is not related to Bethesda Game Studios?

Let's make some things clear. It's NOT new expansion and it's NOT Fallout 4. That said i am almost sertain it's Fallout: New Vegas.

Its unlikely but I'd love another Eldar scrolls, I still play it to this day, with millions of mods to try out and change everything about the game, its Bethesda's best franchise so I hope they keep going with it.

Im with Fat Man Spoon on this one. Also it's called an EXPANSION PACK. Not a "pact" sounds like some satanic ritual..
