Roblox, a MMORPG designed for kids ages 8-12, wasn't what I was going to do originally. This actually happened entirely by accident, when I walked in on my twelve year old brother playing on this game.

After downloading the necessary software for the game to run,I took a look at the games page. Roblox runs like this, a person creates a game, called a place, and if it's good, people will visit it. The ones with the most visits are proudly displayed on the front page. Unfortunately, these proud displays were all mutated freaks. Now, there were three different Main types of games, so I'll review the three most popular game types.

The Tycoon- A Roblox tycoon is a game type, where the player waits patiently for fake money to pile in, so the player can buy more money makers of various shapes and sizes. Now, I was enjoying it just fine, everyone was quiet for a while, and then a Noob showed up and demanded I give him my hard earned. He threatened to hack the game if I didn't, so I told him to fuck himself, and he started loopkilling everyone, and everyone called me a noob. Two minutes later, I got a warning from Roblox, telling me that I shouldn't swear. Noob factor: High Fun Factor: Average Creativity: Average.

War Games- This was my favorite, no one tried talking here, because they were to busy killing eachother. Most of them used a GUI menu to select what kind of weapon you want, and then it warps you to the battelfield. I chose a sniper rifle, and after getting to a sniping point, I got ten kills in a row. This is partly due to the fact that combat consists of point, click, and kill. After the tenth kill, a noob logged on, and started killing my teammates. After the fifth one, he said "i m killin u noobs!" Almost immediately, he walked into my sights after saying those words, and died. My response, "Die you noob!" Two minutes later,I got another warning, saying that if I broke the rules again, they'd ban my account. Noob Factor: Low, Fun Factor: High, Creativity: Low

Obbies- Obstical courses. Creators program a bunch of bricks so that they have different effects on players, and then challenge players to get to the end. These are also sorta fun, but at times, the bricks are programmed wrong. At one point, I was supposed to jump a series of bricks to open a door, but the bricks were broken. Noob Factor: Mid level Fun Factor: low, Creativity: High.

Some other features include a Builders Club, where you pay $6 a month for no improvement to the game, and a forum, where all opinions are met with noobish stupidity. So, in closing, Roblox is possibly the WORST MMORPG EVER! I guess I should've known that from step 1, but the only way I could describe this, is disguised torture.
