Yes, I crossdress, and trust me it can be just as hard for women to pull it off as for men - that is, if you commit yourself to it. I wear masculine clothes much of the time, but crossdress only rarely, because it involves a lot of effort and discomfort. I still have the scars from the last time I bound my breasts, for example. Damn F-cups. I also apply makeup to make me look more masculine (yes, it's possible; you essentially highlight the contours of cheekbones and chin to create a chiselled look) and alter my body language and stance as best I can. Even then, it's practically impossible to disguise my hips. I guess practice will make perfect, though.
