I've never seen a bright fellow use marijuana (all of them, redgardless whether or not I've met them in real life or talked with them over the internet, they've all been complete halfwits)

Are you sure you're always aware of whether or not a person you're talking to uses cannabis? Many are not exactly open about it as it is an illegal activity.

I wish most people would realise that. It's hard enough trying to be a pro-decriminalisation advocate without loud stoners shouting "WEED CURES CANCER, MAN!!!"
