Poll: Do you find ginger hair attractive?

Hello, escapist. Once again, I've come to ask of your humble opinions and to gain insight on a simple topic. Where I live, gingers have a social Stigma attached to them, they get bullied in school, at work and in public for no reason other than being ginger. Apart from this, I've seen men turn down women and women turn down men, simply for being ginger (well, that may not be the ONLY reason, but in most cases they were the reasons given.)

The poll asks a simple question, but feel free in your replies to discuss any feelings, opinions, or experiences of gingers being discriminated against because of their hair colour.

I have nothing wrong with most shades of red hair. I can't stand the really tightly curled, obnoxiously orange hair, though.

Personally, I have yet to find a guy with red hair that I've found attractive. I find dark haired men to be much better looking... though that's just a preference of mine.

On the other hand, I've been told by many guys that my hair color (red, but not bright red- more of a coppery color) is really attractive.

I have nothing against "gingers" but I just don't find red hair attractive, at all; I'm sorry.

I have known many guys to find red head girls attractive so in my view they aren't any less desired but I guess in your town it's different. But me personally, I don't find red hair and pale skin attractive; dark hair and medium dark skin tone is just my preference, it's nothing personal.

The hair style rather than the colour has more importance to me, the colour is an irrelevant fact to take notice unless you are looking for a quick knobbing.

Honestly, if I find the girl attractive (personality and aesthetic), I won't really give a damn about her hair colour.

However, if we're talking about hair as a primary feature, I like black (or dark) hair best of all (especially on pale women, the darker the hair and the paler her skin, the better).

On guys it kinda makes me want to barf. Every time I see a guy with bright red or orange hair I think of Carrot top and run away.

On girls however I really do like it. Its one of my favorite hair colors on girls. Just as long as its not bright red or orange. Auburn or a muted red is cool.

I like red hair, personally but that really bad stereotypical ginger look of unnaturally pale skin, freckles everywhere and bright orange hair... no >.>

I've debated this back and forth as a teenager. I tried dyeing it plenty of colors when I was a teenager, but I've simply accepted it. I'm not really bothered by the color anymore, moreso the fact it is a ***** to stay straight. I find it ironic that while I want straight hair down to my legs, every bartender seems to go, "Tons of people would kill for your curly hair."

I'm not fond of the "ginger" thing though. The first time someone called me on it, it was this drunk ass fool saying it wanted to see a ginger fight...or something. It's some form of racism or something. I have orange hair, so **** you if you don't like it.

When I was a kid I used to get teased and called carrot top and Duracell and ginger, but after I hit puberty it mysteriously became an asset. Lots of men seem to like redheaded women!
