Poll: Favourite accent from around the world?

I'm particularly fond of weird dialects that make little sense, like cockney or the french "verl'ans" where they flip words around.
Also I'm missing the afrikaans option. It sounds like real funky children speaking a blend of dutch and english.

Yeah well That's kinda what I meant. I got some distant relatives there and a general interest in the language. Guessing you're from Holland, you probably heard of Die Antwoord? Silly, but fun...

Also, there is no "Southern Ireland". It's Northern Ireland and The Republic of Ireland.

I voted Irish because I think that sounds great on both guys and gals. The cockney accent is my all time favourite for just males though. So tough!

Right I voted English but I would not mean something like cockney or anything. I just love listening to Stephen Fry or Hugh Laurie in interviews or whatever. It sounds so smooth and sofisticated. Also Russian does sound badass.

I'm shocked at how many people said Irish and I don't know how they could have. Most Irish accents are horrible. Dublin especially. Maybe Cork or Cavan. Also so no one starts complaining I live in Ireland and have lived all over the country so I know what I'm talking about.

They can say "water" unlike the English, while being able to pronounce the "t" unlike the Americans.
OR maybe I'm thinking about asian irish accent.
