There's been countless Fallout 3 vs. New Vegas threads, yet I've rarely seen one asking what game has the better radio station. So simple question, what game has the better radio station? Three Dog or Mr New Vegas? Let's Go Sunning or Ain't That a Kick in The Head?

New Vegas, all Three Dog really does is act as your personal 'recent achievement' diary.

Galaxy News Radio for me. Three Dog was the better DJ and I enjoyed both their music about equally.

GNR, mostly just because of Three Dog.

Although I wish he didn't talk about the protagonist so much. It was a bit of an immersion breaker.

Radio New Vegas I thought the DJ was awesome. Also he is a robot.

Galaxy News Radio.
You know why?
Fuck Johnny Guitar. That song was on ALL THE FREAKIN' TIME. It's the only song of my 40-50 hours of playing that's been on both radio stations AT THE SAME TIME, where as good songs like Jingle Jangle Jingle and Big Iron I might come across once an hour.
IT'S BULLSHIT.

Isn't that the same with RNV?

GNR. Threedog has character and can at least crack a joke.

Galaxy New Radio.

Radio New Vegas has some moments, but I found it be mostly dull and the music somehow breaks the immersion sometimes for me.

that, and I find it glaringly odd that Mr. New Vegas talks about events the Courier caused yet only once does he specifically mention the Courier, other times referring to an 'unknown civilian' despite the fact that the Reputation system makes it so EVERYONE ELSE knows who the Courier is and they know nearly everything he/she's accomplished.

GNR.

The musical choices in Fallout: New Vegas SUCKED. Plus, I could hardly ever follow what Mr. New Vegas was saying.

I still prefer New Vegas to Fallout 3 though.

I got spurs that jingle, jangle, jingle.
As I go ridin' merrily along ...
And they sing, "oh, ain't you glad you're single?"
[Jingle Jangle]
And that song ain't so very far from wrong.
[Jingle Jangle]
Oh lily bell, oh lily bell
Though I may have done some foolin' this is why I never fell.

Black Mountain Radio beats all other stations.

Both stations had songs that I liked and didn't like.

Only one of them had a host with a voice so annoying that I had to pay him a little visit...

The host of the other station was fine.

Neither of them were very good. They had too few songs, so you just heard the same ones over and over. But Galaxy News Radio had the more annoying host. I mainly just turned off the radio and listened to my own era/setting-appropriate song, since I have a lot of them. I made a playlist to listen to while playing New Vegas.

That "Jingle Jangle Jingle" song gets randomly stuck in my head all the freaking time, by the way.

Three Dogs was entertaining, and I got real tired real quick of the country songs in New Vegas. So yeah, I'll vote for GNR.

Radio New Vegas definitely has the better music, and while Mr. New Vegas wasn't quite as entertaining as Three Dog overall, it was less annoying to hear the inevitable constant repeat broadcasts when they were in his soothing, gentlemanly voice, so RNV wins for me. Also:
