It really depends on the person, I have a friend that looks good pretty much no matter what she does with her hair, except when she dyed it blond and when she cut it really super short.

But as far as personal preference, I like chine to shoulder long, you know, long, but not freakyly long. Whenever it's long enough to wipe your own but with, it's too long.
