How cooked do you like your meat?

for example: I start drooling when the animal is still alive and will only eat meat raw if it's warm.but otherwise I like it well done.

Oh yea...no "that's what she saids"

How about I say "that's what he said" instead?

Okay, sorry. Sorry.

In all seriousness, no type of red, pink, or anything undercooked for me, thanks.

1)Bring the cow into the kitchen
2)Show it the fire in passing
3)Bring it to me

I like my meat two thirds closer to well done than medium, or to put it another way, slightly more well done than medium-well. As that might be a bit too specific I would generally just order well done though.

medium rare going to rare if its a high quality joint.

Also tried blueflash- joint is sealed on each side for 30 seconds before being served, surprisingly tasty.

I love mine medium. Just a little bit of pink in the middle... *drools*
Since that option isn't there, I'd probably lean more towards Medium-Rare.

There can only be one.
Medium rare is one.

Medium rare is delicious, the bacteria are cooked, but the meat is still soft and tasty and juicy, without spilling blood.

MEDIUM RARE!

It varies widely on the meat in question. We've already had a thread on steaks, in which I said I don't like steaks. The meats I do like to eat should usually be well cooked (poultry, pork, and ground beef) to avoid parasites.

So my answer is "parasite free".
