I actually have to go up six flights of stairs any time I return to my dorm room. Also, I eat at maximum two meals a day, if not less.

I walk alot to get to and around uni, but thats it. I would say I don't exercise at all.

Still got a BMI of 19 so I suppose it's ok.

I have a fast metabolism, but I also enjoy running, so whenever I need to travel someplace within a half-mile I usually run or walk there.

Also I do not cannibalize grown humans.

Not answering the poll because my option wasn't necessarily there. I do multiple things. Trying to eat healthy is always a struggle, but I mostly just either work out at home or go to my university's rec center and swim.

It's not so much that I don't exercise, although I presumed that my right to party wasn't quite what the question had in mind.

Basically, The way I see it, is mind over matter. I've willed my metabolism into high gear by refusing to acknowledge that so called bad junk foods do anything but help me.

Although the fact that my diet and activities haven't really changed much in years probably helps; my body is down right used to my sedentary gamer lifestyle, and knows exactly how to handle what I throw at it.

I wouldn't say I "stay" in shape so much as I'm trying to get there. Mostly through karate and my gym membership.

I eat healthy and go swimming once or twice a week, planning on joining a gym as soon as I can get someone to go with me.

I have the shittiest metabolism in the world, honestly, it's damn hard work not to turn into a bloody pudding for me. I swear, I don't go swimming for a week and I put on half a stone :(

I run, go hiking and swim.
In my opinion, the skill a human needs most is to be able to leg it to something and away from something.

I need aerobic excersise to loose weight, so it's eat right and be a spaz and dance for an hour in my room. Works like a charm.

Usually I don't. I just walk to my boyfriends college a few times a week or I don't skip PE at school.

I run, a lot. I used to be in a track team from grade school to high school. So I'm used to running about 8 or 9 miles everyday. Thats about the only thing I do though.

I'm a nerd. I don't go outside in fear of losing my healthy gray skin. So in order to balance this, I eat a maximum 1000 calories a day.
