Like I said, 20 lbs or so overweight but I am making ways to being healthy. I am going to start running next week so that I can work all my muscles longer and easier.

or 192cm(roughly) and 64.6kg for those who think in metric.
So a BMI of 17.3
So skinny I can sneak up on people by walking sideways...
To be honest I think BMI is a load of crap, especially internet things like that. they make assumptions about age (which affects how your bmi is calculated) gender etc. So they aren't accurate, plus the bmi system is well over a 150 years old now. It hasn't accounted for the general upward trend in people's height or a person's lifestyle.
One lb of fat is 3500 calories.Bulletinmybrain said:Eh, The people with moderate fat will always be better in a survial situation. One lb of fat is 2500 or so carbs..(Or something like that.) So aslong as you get your neutrients one cm of fat will last you a day.Programmed_For_Damage post=18.73614.802922 said:I used to do at least 100 sit-ups and crunches a day and it did nothing. Why? Because I ate crappy food and didn't do any fat burning exercises. So I had an awesome six pack hidden under several centimeters of fat. I took up swimming laps and it made one hell of a difference.
