Like I said, 20 lbs or so overweight but I am making ways to being healthy. I am going to start running next week so that I can work all my muscles longer and easier.

6'2" 145 lbs. I need to eat more. My metabolism is like a raging inferno though. The most i have weighed was 170 lbs and that was after freshman year in college when i ate something to the tune of ...12-15 scoops of ice cream per day during the week.

To all of you who eat as much as you want, enjoy it while it lasts because it won't last forever. That shit's gonna catch up to you.

My BMI puts me around 12 to 15 percent body fat, though I think the actual amount might be less, I don't really have a lot of fat on my body.

Oh I'm 6'0 150lbs (ish).

Horribly underweight....I think.

Currently 110 pounds at 5'4.

I eat a lot, but don't gain any weight.

Curse you fast metabolism!

Well according to that I am normal weight. However I am a 13 year old coming up on 14 who is 5' 10" and around >160 pounds. I have always been told untill lately (last physical being 9 months, 3 inches and 15 pounds ago) that I am below the average weight and above the average height for my age group.

5'9" and 270lbs.

WebMD says... obese.

Completely my fault, though. I used to run and lift weights and such. 170-180 in senior high school. Got up to 230 by the end of junior college (working in a thrift store warehouse and truck). 250-ish through undergrad. Now working at a desk full time and full-time continuing studies. Stinking sedentary lifestyle!

Have been changing it since a roadtrip to my dad's place, where my youngest sister pulled out a photo album of high school. *looked at picture*, *looked at self*, "Sh*t".

Run MWF, weights TR. Packing sandwich to work instead of takeaway at the mall. No soda. Parking at free parking a half mile away from work and walking. Taking stairs up 7 floors to my office in the morning...

It's also cheaper this way, so double-bonus.

5' 10" foot tall and I weigh 145. I go to the gym every day and play soccer (UK: football) in highschool. I'd say I'm pretty fit.

6'5 and 235 lbs, I'm a fair bit overweight and lanky, I'd probably need to cut down a fair bit; but I'm still pretty strong on the whole. In particular, my shoulders are pretty darn good, and I could get into rowing if I cut down on the weight. It's really hard to get it done right now with school (unfortunately), but during the summer, I might decide to cut down on my weight; kinda want to try mountain climbing, but obviously the extra pounds aren't a good thing. If I tried over the summer, I might build up some more muscle and still reduce my weight to around the 200-210 range, which would put me at HS linebacker weight.

Strangely though, despite my weight, I can still run pretty fast and more importantly, I can weave and cut through traffic/crowds of people better than some skinnier folk. Shit, this thread really makes me want to cut down on my weight just to see how much better I would get.

6 feet 4 inches and weighing in at 142pounds.
or 192cm(roughly) and 64.6kg for those who think in metric.
So a BMI of 17.3

So skinny I can sneak up on people by walking sideways...

To be honest I think BMI is a load of crap, especially internet things like that. they make assumptions about age (which affects how your bmi is calculated) gender etc. So they aren't accurate, plus the bmi system is well over a 150 years old now. It hasn't accounted for the general upward trend in people's height or a person's lifestyle.
I got you beat! im 6'5 and 135 lbs =P

My BMI is 25.8. According to this, I'm a slight fatass. I'm 5 foot 7 and I weigh 165 lbs.

I sit in the "average, but only just" category, at 5' 1" and weighing 102 lbs, with a BMI of 19.3, apparently. My mum thinks I'm skinny, but I'm not by any means ('cause I'm only small, there're some podgy bits here and there). I used to be really skinny, then chubby when I was around 12/13 (school dinners, they're a killer), then the weight dropped off and now I'm very comfortable where I'm at.

BMI is well-known for it's inaccuracies (not accounting for above average muscle mass). Waist to hip ratio are more acceptable means of measuring fitness (though it's not ideal either).

That said, I eat healthy and exercise daily (run 2 miles one day and lift, 4 miles the next day) and am in good shape as a result.

I used to do at least 100 sit-ups and crunches a day and it did nothing. Why? Because I ate crappy food and didn't do any fat burning exercises. So I had an awesome six pack hidden under several centimeters of fat. I took up swimming laps and it made one hell of a difference.
Eh, The people with moderate fat will always be better in a survial situation. One lb of fat is 2500 or so carbs..(Or something like that.) So aslong as you get your neutrients one cm of fat will last you a day.
One lb of fat is 3500 calories.
