If hillary had won, i would've tried to persuade her into making me her monica levinski.

"c'mon hill'... Bill had himself some young meat when he was in charge... you can do the same, revenge cheating is not really cheating"

Then i would use my "influence" to my own bennefit.

I personally prefer a Woman whom I know is capable of looking after themselves not someone whom I have to babysit all the time because im not going to be hanging around them 24/7.

...

I though this thread was going to be about nuclear power and how sexy it is compared to coal and natural gas.

Damn.

Personally, I like it a bit when girls know what they want and go for it, but to a point of course.

Depends on what you mean by powerful.
If you mean muscular: Ehhhh, no thanks, I like when women look like women.
If you mean in a relationship: i don't like completely controlling or completely reclusive. Though I HATE it when a girl tries to change my personality or interests.
If you mean in bed: Aww hell yeah.

Yes, power can in some ways be sexy in a girl, but its those girls you have a one night stand with, nothing more.
a girl with "power" don't love the same way as a "submissive" girl, and girls with power cheats on their partners more often.
Personally i like a girl that is kind of addicted to me, without being a royal pain in the behind.
in other ways im pretty old fashioned.

Depends,

Both physical and mental power are very attractive IMO.
I love a challenge in a relationship. As long as you agree about what is interesting, but have different opinions about it, a relationship stays interesting for years.

On the other side, I'm not very outgoing, and large social demands quickly scare me off. Also, physical power is ofcource limited to what is reasonable for a girl. I dislike all kinds of overly buff people, be it male or female 'body-builders'.

Well it depends, it is slightly sexist to imagine women as these helpless little things who simply fall to their feet at your sheer wonderful manliness but I do understand the appeal of being that gentle, strong, caring male provider I guess. I mean I pictur myself as that kind of guy all over, mostly because I am at least six foot two and I had a solid build so most girls I know barely reach under my chin as it is so I kind of have to be the big man. I don't feel like being an aggressive dominant though, more like just a loving protector who can hold her close and warmly and gently and make her feel safe.

However, if given the choice can I find power attractive... yeah I suppose so. I mean if we look at most movies, the female lead who can look after herself, has a lot of attitude and very confident with her sexuality is generally percieved to be more 'sexy' than the sweet innocent helpless angel. This applies to most of the roles Mrs. Jolie gets in the movies by the way. I mean there's something about a powerful dangerous sexually confident woman that helps get men's attraction. It's a power fantasy, that's why according to the rules it's not just the woman's looks in movies like that, that make her attractive... it's her attitude and dangerousness combined with her sense of power and sexuality. Besides let's no forget about the men into S&M, it's less about pain and more about someone else being in complete control that gets men excited. And because it's a shift of roles for a woman to be in complete control by social norms I think that does help in a way. I mean come on, the dominatrix is one of the main symbols of sexuality these days.
*drools*

So ultimatley I think I would find a powerful, sexy, dangerous woman to be certainly very appealing in a sexual manner. A violent, sultry and attitude ridden sexual manner.... but in the end I would fall in love with the sweet innocent angel.

Nothing wrong with a dominatrix if you're on about that kind of power ;). But seriously, though I voted I look for other things, I think I may find it a bit of a turn off
