As Cracked.com said in their comprehensive cover of the subject, the moment a clone comes into existence, it begins developing new memories, thoughts & experiences, thus ceasing to be an exact duplicate.
Therefore you're banging a very, very, very close family member of the same gender. It's gay.

Identical twins share the same DNA - by the extremely loose definition of 'clone' we appear to be using, they're clones of each other. No one's claiming that they're "the same person so it's masturbation" if identical twins have sex, it's just straight up incest. Same goes for some sort of "human photocopier" notion of a clone. Is it gay? Sure, since you're gonna be the same gender, but that's fine - it's the incest that makes it wrong, not the gayness...
