looking around the second hand section in my local xtra vision i noticed Banjo Kazooie-nuts and bolts And gears of war 2 going for £15 all together (£20 seperatly)

please share your thoughts on if this is a good investment or not, or if you have ever came across a really good or bad deal in your local video game depository.

yeah why not Gears2 is a cool game, and for that price it has to be worth it.

Depends on if you're going to play Gears of War 2 online or not.(If you will play online, you're going to want to get Microsoft Points for the maps out for it as well.) It's kind of short and if you're not an achievement hunter like myself, then you'll probably only get 800 some gamerscore from it. Can't really speak for Banjo Kazooie: Nuts & Bolts since I haven't played a Banjo Kazooie since I was in 5th grade I think.

The online is good but personally I'm more of a Call of Duty player as opposed to Gears. Horde mode can be fun as long as you're no playing with complete strangers. (I've played with a people I didn't know and every time I did we never made it past the 15th round I think.)If you played Gears of War online before, then expect the same thing. You should get the maps because about now, just about everyone who plays it has the maps. As for the campaign it is good, but kind of short and if you try to do it on insane mode, prepare to start over....mainly due to the pants-on-head retarded A.I that you have to deal with.
