Poll: Kryptonian or Saiyan?

So let's say you just found out you're adopted and your parents found you in a space ship. Your powers are just now starting to bud, but which of the two very similar origin story alien races would you rather be?

Seriously, am I the only one that noticed Goku/Kakarot and Clark Kent/Kal-El have incredibly similar origins and stories? Both found in a ship, both adopted on earth, both discover they're aliens, both fight their own race, both have a human and alien name, both are humanoid, and both could essentially be mortal gods.

Personally I'd probably go with Saiyan. I mean full moon issues aside, the ability to get stronger by surviving a fight means I would be the underdog at MMA every time XD

Well I've always been into DBZ and have never really gotten into superman, or much DC other than Batman games to be honest.

Grew up with DBZ, sure. But being a Saiyan requires too much screaming.

Saiyans are far stronger than Superman. Going by power scaling Broly owns Superman and he's not even the strongest one.

Kryptonian. I love DBZ and would definitely want the awesome monkey tail, but the whole getting gross bulging muscles every time you power up part wouldn't be something I wanted. Besides, Superman has a variety of powers genetically as opposed to Goku who learned most of his abilities. I am way too lazy for that.

Yes. It's the exposure to our sun that gives Superman his powers after all.

I'll go with the ones that don't have colossal constipation problems.

Saiyans can blow up planets and they don't have a weakness to a certain kind of rock. Logically its the best choice, though Kryptonian would be cooler.

Hmm...Superman is epic, but Saiyans have super strength, can fly, and also have ki blasts. On the other hand, I'd have to get my tail amputated so that I wouldn't turn into a giant monkey every night. I'd still go with Saiyan.

Saiyans have a vast amount of potential, seeing as Goku went from being able to carry giant logs to being able to beat up guys twice his size to being able to blow holes in planets on a whim. He just keeps getting stronger and stronger.

It sure would cost a lot to fee myself, though.

I'd be a Kryptonian. At least I only have one weakness that way. Sayans are still mortal, you just have to be careful and make sure to double tap to kill them.

Kryptonian hands down. Loved DBZ growing up but being super charged just by being in the sun would be great. And their no kryptonite in my area too so I'm perfectly fine.

Saiyans are a lot tougher than Superman, so I'm gonna go with those guys. They can blow planets up!
