being a lefty I actually find it quite fascinating...and, unfortunately, I am VERY different from everyone in the way my mind works...I have friends, but my mind cannot work in the "here and now" and instead is always calculating the "bigger picture stuff" which you would think would be amazing, actually it is quite frustrating when you try to do stuff, such as hang out with a girl...AnGeL.SLayer said:Right handed though I do use my left for certain things.
Being a left hand person means that your brain is wired differently. Your not 'smarter' per say its only that you go about doing things in a different approach. I could go into the whole science of it but I'm getting the feeling that no one here would really be interested in it. lol
^_^
Me too. But it pisses my mum off.Fire Daemon said:I'm right handed.
Fun Fact: While eating I like to switch the cutlery from hand to hand. No one seems to notice.
Each half of your brain controls the equivalent opposite side in your body (e.g.The right side of your brain controls your left hand, kidney, testicle, etc.).varulfic said:And I severely doubt that which hand you use affects your creativity or lifespan.
Left handed shouldn't be a problem with guitar or bass just redo the strings the opposite way.stubbmann said:I'm a lefty, through and through. And yes, most things are designed for righties. The only area where that really cheeses me off is the guitar department (being a bassist). Barring a specialty store (of which there is ONE in the US), there'll usually be between three and no left-handed guitars in any given music store.
Also rather annoying is the notion that the only difference between a lefty and righty guitarist is that a lefty _learned_ on a left-handed guitar. Which is bupkis, frankly.
And the left-handed rock band sounds awesome. Imagine Hendrix on guitar, McCartney on bass, and.... I dunno, some guy drumming.
Good job. Now people will yell at you for necro'ing the thread.tharwen said:Ha! Take that, search button fanboys! I did what you said!
Dominic Howard on drums.stubbmann said:I'm a lefty, through and through. And yes, most things are designed for righties.
