Would hav been cooler if he had an upgrade like the other characters...maybe his own cloak device or something

An extremely aggravating NPC...his only redeeming quality would be if he could use heavy weapons. Otherwise, he just sits there every mission, not getting used.

He was alright, if a little under-developed. +1 for being British mind you.
I do so hope Kasumi gets a little more fleshed out.

he actualy looked the most human.

I like his accent and he has some interesting stories to tell, but he's not a mesh with my Shepard. He would've thrown away innocents to kill one man, which is wrong.

And in combat, he's basically Garrus. But why would I use him over Garrus? Garrus is quite bosshogualar.
