I have recently started playing a free online game called MechQuest. It's a free web RPG, played as a 2D side scroller, in which you get a giant Mecha and proceed to fight for your country (in turn based combat) earning cooler mechs and even cooler weapons, while attending university. MechQuest belongs in the same realm as DragonFable and AdventureQuest.
Of course there is an element of Grind in it but then again the rewards can be awesome, such as having enough to buy an epic weapon from the special stores.
In MechQuest you never interact with other player's. You are in your own self contained universe, You only interaction with other player's is in the forum's or in the PvP arcade. You can even fight the makers of the game, though they are spectacularly hard
Also. There is a member system where you pay a one off fee (can't remember exactly), and you are then a Star captain. Allowing you access to more types of Mecha and Weapons.
So pretty much this poll is about what you think of the game through your playing of it, whether you would be interested in playing it, or that you think it is,
our sounds like it's not worth your time.
