Poll: Necromorphs vs Flood

It's been quite a debate between me and my friends, with fair arguments on both sides.

Even though I love Necros, my vote is for the the Flood. They're super intelligent, they can wield weapons and even pilot ships. Not to mention they almost wiped out the entire galaxy, and destroyed the most advanced alien race. Necromorphs wouldn't stand much of a chance

Would the marker have an effect on the Flood? It sounds to me like it made the Necros better somehow. I'm not an authority, but it sounds like the marker wouldn't be a problem.

In which case, my vote goes to the Flood. Tyranids can consume biomass, totally, but the Flood is srs bns.

Well Necromorphs are mutant corpses and Flood are mutated people/aliens so there's no reason the two couldn't co-exist.

Flood get the living subjects and when the hosts die the Necromorphs get the corpses and anything left of the corpses when the Necromorphs are slain can be used as Flood material.

It could work.

Also consider this, what would happen if a flood spore infected a necromorph? Would it become part of the Gravemind?
