Poll: Ninja or Pirate.

Off two of the biggest animes running, One Piece or Naruto. Which side are you on. Are you a stealthy ninja, or a bloodthirsty pirate of the high seas.
I for one am a pirate.

Plus One Piece may be the best cartoon ever made. Even thought Naruto's current arc is really good and One Piece is annoying me because I'm just dying for the Straw Hats to just get back together already.

Pirates: they have guns and Jack Sparrow. Greedy rebels with everything to prove and a total disregard for the rules. They fight dirty and have notable figures (like francis drake) who changes the world.
Ninjas: They wear pyjamas and throw rotten eggs filled with broken glass at your eyes; pricks.

Well on terms of who would win in a fight i'd go with Ninja's because they would just stealthily snap a pirates neck. As for which is cooler I have to go with pirates because they travel the world being bad ass on their awesome ship.

I was about to say "Pirates, because ninjas don't exist anymore", which would prove that pirates are better, because they've survived where ninjas didn't.

Ninjas, for being trained assassins rather than disease-ridden sailors. Though I must say, Naruto is no ninja. Real ninjas don't wear orange jumpsuits.

Don't we have an official thing when it comes to pirates vs ninjas? Like it also includes zombies and robots? I forget it's name but it's been on the escapist before and I just kinda ignored it cause victory and supremacy of either of these factions is entirely based on variables. I just don't see the interest in the debate. Pirates vs ninjas? Why not lions vs space aliens or monkeys vs the monkies what value is there in pitting one thing against another and finding out which is better if everyone's opinion is equally valid and bias?
