Poll: No Shave November

After 2 days of looking like a scruffy pirate I had to give up my No Shave November ways. Where I work (McDonalds)yelled at me for what was about 5 days of scruff so there was that and the girl I liked said that I shouldnt do it and that I looked better clean shaven. I caved. Have you kept it up/ are you doing it?

not shaving is nasty. i dont wanna look like a hobo, which i would in about 3 days with my rate of hairgrowth. a beard must be in shape.

It's been 3 days and you've caved. Damn man, having said that the guy a few desks down from me has a beard ilke a viking so I suppose work woun't pressure me about it.

This. I love Movember (as the rest of the world know it as) because Ive got a legitimate reason to not shave for a month. Also gives me a chance to grow a fearsome tache like the one Swift sports in Fable 3:

Since I am as of yet incapable of growing anything befitting my own manliness I have always hated no shave November. That said, I probably won't shave this month, and I will probably look like I have five O'clock shadow come December. Curse my girly hair follicles!

I look like I gay man if I do, on the count that my 'stache somehow diverts people's attention from my unusually red lips that are so red that it looks like it has lipstick on it.

But then again, I look like a rapist/psychopath if I do have any semblance of facial hair on me, so I'm kinda tempted to cave in as well.

I don't normally shave anyway in the winter so my beard keeps me warm

Day three and all is well, I already have a rather nice set of chops, so I decided, what the hell, why not grow a beard to go with them. Just a note to avoid confusion there Movemeber where you grow a mustache, and there is No Shave November where you grow a beard.

Should be easy for me. I barely grow anything on my chinny chin chin. Don't grow much on my upper lip either. Might be able to get a weak pencil 'stache by the end of the month. I'll probably have some gloriously gentlemanly sideburns though.

I'm sticking with it although I've discovered that not only do I have bald patches in my hair I also have them in my beard, I'm not amused.

I guess those who caved didn't start off clean shaven, and if you did, then you must either be incredibly vain or able to grow facial hair really really fast.

Anyway yes I'm taking part in Movember! because that's where whole thing started. So I'm growing just the MOustache, it's not very prominent yet though.
