Did ever appen to you to buy an game and the game is either broken or there simply something important missing!

allow to tell you my story

i bought 1 or 2 years ago The Witcher (normal) when i was asked to register my game... my code wasn't in my manual... neither in the paper model neither in the PDF... and now since i can't register, i cant download the Enhanced version of the Witcher... and i need it because of the lag and the loading i have...

i mailed (4 days ago) ATARI... (apparently im not the only one in canada to have that problem

most people didnt get their Code or even the CD was Smitten in little pieces) and i haven't received any sort of answer... and its starting to piss me off...

Tell me your story how you fell and what do you think

I once purchased this copy of Fallout 3 that was buggy as all hell, had a terrible framerate during the more action-packed scenes, and often froze up for no reason.

Oh, wait.

well my brother ordered a gameshark for the gamecube, popped it in, and we spent 2 days trying to figure out what was wrong and why it wouldn't work.
Turns out it was mailed here from england, so it won't work on american consoles. Sucks.

Though that was really just our fault for not researching it.

Legend of Zelda Majora's Mask. Found out we needed an expansion pack (one of only 2 games that require it).

I bought a new copy of Arkhum Asylum yesterday and when I got home and opened it the disk was cracked and had a brown smudge on it. Fuck Gamestop.

Yes I am sure that many people have been screwed over by a company at some point or another. I can't recall any particular instances, but I'm pretty sure Sony tried to screw me over a good couple times.

CA released Empire Total War with promises (beside a brilliant game) of Modding tools and a multiplayer campaign.

A year on, they have announced a sequel (abandoning it), only just fixed all the things in 1.3 that they broke in 1.2 (which fixed nothing itself), keep repetedly promising a multiplayer beta every few weeks and have not done a thing with mods

I bought Halo 3.
turns out at least the first batch to that shop were all crap and didn't work.
I don't know if I should hate the shop or Bungie.

OH YEAH!
When I got SFIV the special costume pack code I was given (I got the special edition) Didn't WORK! WTF!?
And also, idk if this really counts, but I pre-ordered Gears Two and Gamestop was supposed to give me a code for a gold lancer in online matches, well they had "ran out" so instead I got a code for a golden hammer burst gun. Damnit.
