So I was sitting enjoying my HBO/Cinemax stuff when one of my Favorite movies of last year came on.

"Winnie the Pooh" of course. I sat there and watched my childhood on screen but made for a newer audience. It was friggin' hilarious, and well made might I add.

And so I though, If I had grown up with this, who HASN'T? So escapists, who probobly grew up with it, who is your favorite Character? Even if you didn't grow up with it, you must know at least ONE of the characters.

My favorite is Owl, narcicism is something I find hilarious in my characters.

I'd have to go with tigger since I found him amusing and I named my cat tigger.

Piglet.

Thing is, in Swedish, his name is Nasse, which is an endearing term for a small pig. But it's also a less-than-endearing short term for Nazi. I just find that adorable, somehow.

His shyness and innocence is just a facade... He is hiding something.

Eeyore. I always felt a strong sense of sympathy for him. I wanted to snuggle him and make him happy. <3

I was the opposite, I always hated his miserable-ness. xD Although I suppose he never gave up, no matter how miserable he was so I guess we could learn a few lessons from him. But I hated how depressed he was >_<

OT: Probably Tigger or Pooh. Every year for about 5 years I got one or two life sized plushies of the characters for Christmas. I got Tigger and Pooh first and I kept those two on me most of the time.

The wonderful thing about Tiggers, is that Tiggers are wonderful things! they're bouncy, bouncy, bouncy, bouncy, fun, fun, fun, fun, fun! The wonderful thing about Tiggers is that I'm the only one! iiiiiiiiiii'm the only one!

I loved eeyore to. In the new movie, he sounds like Danny Trejo despite being....optimus prime.

Eeyore is one step away from killing himself and is in a children TV show.
I love it.

Ha... I never really got into the series. I knew of it. But I think I was at the age where I thought it was too cheesy for my tastes.

If I had to pick, I'd probably go with kanga... just because she's the only female.

Did anyone ever read anything where they debated the psychological conditions inherent in the 100 acre woods.

Something like the following:
Eyore - Depression or Dysthymic disorder (low severity depressive symptoms presents for a very long time)
Piglet - Generalised Anxiety Disorder
Rabbit - Obessive Compulsive Personality Disorder
Owl - Narcissistic Personality disorder
Pooh - ADHD inattentive subtype, possible intellectual disabiity
Tigger - ADHD hyperactive sub type

Now I can't stop thinking about it when I see Winnie the Pooh.

Definitely Eeyore. That mopey bastard almost makes me seem cheerful by comparison.

Or, as my runner up, Tigger. Because tigers rule.

Piglet came to mind immediately for me hes adorable... sure hes a super coward and scaredycat but i could just cuddle him.. On a Winnie the Pooh note.. its funny to think A.A Milne wrote the stories he told to his Child.. Christopher Robin Milne when he was growing up as a kid using his toys as the characters in the stories.... Christopher Robin Milne even got spotted by people for being the christopher robin from winnie the pooh in his 40's... that was embarassing :D

Pooh, obviously.

I have fond memories of giggling every time I heard his name.

I thought Tigger was going to be a firm favourite as I voted. I voted for Eeyore - and lo! He's got the majority vote!

So, yeah, I like Eeyore. He's such a pessimist :)

Anybody that says anything other than Tigger is lying.

And yes, I know that kinda goes against my avatar.

Mind = blown.

I'd have to say Winnie the Pooh. Why? Because he went out bravely.

Don't even make me choose
I love them ALL!
I'm going to throw one down for Rabbit though, because he didn't seem to getting much love, and his misspelled crops always made me laugh.
