Episode wise, theres so many to choose from, Good Times With Weapons, Fatbeard, Erection Day, the one where Cartman kills the dude's parents, the list goes on.

I think Cartmans been taken too far in recent years, they keep using him for shock value and it's kinda old.
Stan's reliable, but boring.
Butters... Ummm, yeah, not really interesting to me. He annoys me more often than not, being Cartmans foil all the time is really the pinnacle of his existance in the show.
Still a fun show to watch.
