So... you boot up Team Fortress 2... enter a game of 2fort (or something) and the class selection screen pops up. All are good, potentially fun classes to choose from; but which class do you feel, (in your heart :p)... NEEDS to be played in each game. That is, which class do you seam to have the most fun with and you just Have to use at least once. =P

Personally mine's the Scout; I specialise in 'moon ball stuns' then charge up to them for the easy, often humiliating kill. Always gives a rush so each match I always choose the Scout at least once. ^_~

EDIT: Please post why. Share your awesome TF2 moments with us. ;P

While I don't play them often (only when I need to). I feel that you MUST have atleast two Medics in each game.
Those turrets can be a bastard to take down when you are solely relying on Demomen and corner abusing Heavies.

A lot of times I see people shy away from the Heavy, but unless there are already like 3 of them on my team I usually pick Heavy first and start spam calling for a Medic. To me, a good Heavy/Medic combo is a game changer.

I start running around as soldier and see what the team is lacking and play as that.

I've noticed this too and not just because the medic / heavy combo is obvious and iconic, but even a single heavy properly used with a sandvich can Really push the front line offensive.

Engineer. Works well with my occasional lagg spikes (Sentry guns operated by the server and not the client) Plus I always enjoyed playing with those mass killing machines. The only problem is that people playing as the other classes never seem to apreciate how difficult it is to play effectivly as engineer. My mates keep telling me that I should play as something else since its so easy to "just chuck down a sentry and watch the kills rack up". Its NOT that easy, its NEVER that easy. Just because thier crappy sentries only get 1 or 2 kills before it gets destroyed doesn't mean thats all mine gets too.

Herr doktor. You just know noone else is going to do it properly.
Yup. This is fact.

However, I got for Zer Sniper. He's just so great, and he's my favourite to play, and my favourite persona.

I love the engi, but don't use him every game, I suppose I would say the Pyro, I just get a rush from sniping with the flare gun and destroying people on payload maps. Although sometimes, when there aren't any heavy's I go heavy

I think it's really funny though, when people don't push, usually I get massive points rushing in over the course of two or three lives and destroying turrets, then pushing the load quite a distance, in fact, when I'm on the losing team sometimes me and a friend or two can change the entire tide of battle... unless they are spamming us from on a roof, then it sucks.

Spy. I always play him cause he's so dam enjoyable. Sneaking around, and when you least expect it, clearing all the sentries or taking out an uber.

i usually play as medic first because, usually there is no medics on whichever team I'm on team, plus medics score a ton of points. i only switch to something else (usually soldier) when we have 1-3 medics on the team.

Medic, obviously. Why did you pair him up with the spy? If you ran out of poll options, I'd have paired the spy up with the sniper.

On the 360 i'm a Sniper man myself. Nothing quite like the thrill of sniper on sniper action. Itchy trigger fingers, jumping at shadows, beads of sweat running down your forehead, empty jars filling up next to you. Very tense.

Even better when there are spies.

On Steam though i have pretty much no mouse talent at all, i dunno why, it just feels like such a drastic change so i still usually give the sniper a try but between the sheer amount of enemies and my below par skills with a mouse and keyboard i usually just head for Demoman or Soldier.

Funny you mention the Scout...

I remember one time I was goofing around on cf_purple. I was on the third checkpoint and goofing around with the Sandman. I hit the ball at the opposite team's base...

Only to get a kill about a second later.

"Me - WTF?"

"Teammate (On voice) - Holy crap dude, you killed him with just a beanball. How'd you do that?"

Bear in mind, I couldn't see the guy and just launched that ball with no care in the world.

Regardless, I still pick the pyro every game. Burninating is fun and when you CB a Soldier, Scout, or Demoman's weapon back at them there's always calls of hax, which is even funnier.

It a tie between the Soldier, the Heavy, and the Scout and I'm leaning more towards the Soldier.

I play better with him, a good class for both offense and defense. Perfect for me.
