Pretty straightforward. Just listen to this song and tell me what you think it means.

It's by Clutch. Lyrics [http://www.sing365.com/music/lyric.nsf/10001110101-lyrics-clutch/b2e7dbb7ab649e6c48257034002d5f01] are here.

Wow, I wasn't expecting that sound, The music posted here is usually heavy metal, that's more like Deep Purple.

OK, It could be about a nuclear apocalypse, and the resulting fallout wasteland that is left. that would explain the "Ribonucleic acid freak out" Your DNA changing from radiation poisoning.

"Did you not know that the royal hunting grounds are always forbidden?" Is about how the areas the bombs fell directly on are still deadly with radiation

"Are you rolling tape now? Bits and pieces large and small
Sector, vector, eat them all.
It?s already in the rice!" This could reference a search for food that isn't contaminated, but they have to eat the contaminated food anyway, as it is the only sustinance they have.

"Man alive the jive and lyrics,
Radioactive, don't come near it.
Temple of Syrinx having the bake sale of the year." This is a mutant outpost in the radiation, too radioactive for humans to survive in, but they have tonnes of supplies up there, it would make sense that the areas bombed would have the most valuable supplies (hence "the royal hunting grounds" refering to their treasures) as they would be strategic targets, picked because of their importance, and now suffer the deadliest concentration of radiation.

"Long halls of science and all the lunatics committed there." This references how our own scientists brought on our destruction. It's a long hall because we knew so much, but the men were too careless, and like lunatics they created devices that would destroy everyone.

"10001110101" and "Robot Lords of Tokyo, SMILE TASTE KITTENS!" reference a group of people using sophistocated machinery and computers, but they are still mainly savanging for food, (thats why they eat kittens)

And that is why I never trust anyone who interprets poems and songs for a living.

I like your response: It follows the same idea, rather than being a disjointed mess. XD

The title to the song being 10001110101 - which with a quick binary lesson you can tell the number adds to;

-01---00--00--00--01-01-01-00-01-00-01
-1024-512-256-128-64-32-16-08-04-02-01
-1024-00--00--00--64-32-16-00-04-00-01 = 1141

Which I can't think of any particular relevance, pity he didn't use 11110011001 (1945).

It seemed to be about technology and it linking to nuclear weapons and the results of their use, or possibly the abuse of a nuclear power plant.
