Sniping, pretty much exclusively. I like my opponents to never see it coming, to feel as if they were simply swatted out of existence by the hand of an angry god.

I usually run around the enemy, get behind them, kill 2 or 3, then get killed by a headshot or by a miss-fired rocket by a teammate. I usually prefer to have a Rifle or SMG or something.

I adapt to the battlefield, playing whatever role needs playing at the time.

Situational awareness and aptitude is pretty nice.

Being good at every role is also pretty nice. ;P
Yea, same here. Depends on what game/map.

In WoW, a rogue. You can keep your shields and spells and bows, you maggots, there's none better for sheer high octane face-bashing screaming death.

In an FPS, I'm always the grunt. Snipers are squishy and unless they possess the tactical acumen to match their accuracy they often can't turn the tide of a battle. But the adaptability, utility and duability of the front-line soldier wins the day and caps those flags. Depends on the game for how much Utility I have, but for most i'd rather be a grunt in the thick of it than a sniper on the roof. Say what you will about distance, but i've blown too many snipers to bits to ever think of them as the safe option.

Sniper.
:shrugs:
It's what I'd do in a real-life situation.
[ie. Zombie apocalypse, war brought here... Y'know. That sorta stuff.]

Medic, it just seems so epic when your teammate is low on health and pinned down by 4 guys when you come sprinting out the door, gun down three of 'em and knife the last one, heal your teammate... and then get killed by a fool spamming grenades the wrong way -.-

In COD4 (basically the only FPS I play (which I do religiously)) I use a silencer and UAV Jamming, then flank the enemy as my teammates run into a hail of enemy bullets from the other side and unintentionally cover me.

i guess it depends what kind of mood i'm in, or what kind of music i'm listening to
I find myself playing crazy-powerful classes while listening to metal

Depends on witch game.

COD WOW: Stalker. I never appear on the UAV, all my guns are silenced, and all of my perks are stealth oriented. And before you even know im there, i've already killed you.

COD MW: DEMOMAN!!! I LOVE THE 'SPLOSIONS AND THE SHOTGUNS!!!!!!

GOW 2: Support gunner, I focus on backing up the key players/assets of the team.

In Team Fortress 2 I play a variety of classes, Soldier being my default one and Sniper being my favorite if the round allows. I guess I'll go with sniper.

i am always a support class, weather it be a medic healing everyone to a sniper (yes its a support role) taking down those annoying targets.

In resistance 2 i like medic, if not that then spec ops.

in tf2 i like medic, engineer and sniper.(pyro when im annoyed to hell)

IRL i play airsoft, im the guy that is decked out with guns, in a gullie suit, and shooting you in the back.

I have an M4 (full auto) for accuracy, a g3 (full auto) for supporting/suppressing fire, and a m1191 ("pump" have to cock it evry time) pistol as a secondary.

I will sneek behind the enemy, no matter how long it takes, take a hostage and use him as a meat sheild, and cover his mouth so no one hears it, then gun everyone down.
There were guns during the third crusade? Why did I not have one in Assassins Creed then? Sorry I'll stop now.

OT: A frontline infantryman. Power armor and a railgun are all I need!
