I just played through Infinite, and I thought it was brilliant. I am however curious about which vigors you guys used the most? And if you're not sure, which one did you like most?

Personally, I couldn't get enough of Possession. You get an alley, a distraction AND an insta-kill for the price of a single vigor! It was always what I initialized any battles with.

On my first run, I spammed Devil's kiss alot. It hit like a truck and with Storm I'd practically create a towering inferno. But this playthrough, I'm really digging Possession for the all round utility, followed by Undertow and Shock Jockey.

A fully upgraded Charge Vigor is also pretty potent, as it essentially temporary invulnerability.

For me, Bucking Bronco almost exclusively since having them float in the air while shotgunning them in the face was the easiest way to dispatch every type of enemy besides iron patriots and handymen.

I used murder of crows a hell of a lot. Disabling large groups of enemies and making them susceptible to increased damage does wonders for my DPS. :D

OP combo tip: Bucking Bronco, Crows, Devil's Kiss trap. Bye bye, bad guys. At least on medium, anyway.

Devil's Kiss and Possession were really the only two I used a lot. I occasionally used Shock Jock, and towards the end of the game I started forcing myself to use Crows, but the rest of them weren't much fun.

Bronco, especially with the chain upgrade or chain gear. Immobilize and suspend multiple enemies at once for easy kills; and those who won't die easy can be not-so-gently pushed over the edge of Columbia with proper application of bullets.

Possession, mostly because I threw it at every vending machine I came across. Money!

Apart from that, Shock Jockey and Murder of Crows, I think. I didn't use some of the Tonics that much. Gotta fix that next time I play.

Bronco and Shockjockey but when i got Ram and Return to Sender....oh boy...those are great.

I got gear which gave me invuln on snacks/health plus upgraded Ram which gave shield recharge and explosion on hit.

Those perks plus return to sender helped heaps with
Lady comstock
on hard.

Honestly the upgraded Murder of Crows just broke the game even on hard difficulty. Just using that ability would effectively stop an entire army of enemies save any specials and for every one you killed that was stunned by the crows, you'd get even more crows to keep everyone distracted as you move onto the next murder chump.

I never even touched any other abilities aside from possession and the shock ability.

Murder of crows and return to sender...chain Disabling an army plus being able to absorb bullets and launch them back is so unbelievably useful! Annihilates patriots

I'll be honest. On my first playthrough, Hard, I didn't actually use Vigors for much at all. Shock Jockey was probably my most used, as I employed it against Patriots a lot, but otherwise I'll shamelessly admit that I just stuck with Carbine, Burstgun, Hand Cannon and Sniper, nailing those headshots. Blew my Salts stealing cash from those vending machines instead.

I played on hard, and Shock Jockey was probably my go to vigor. Mostly out of homage to electrobolt from Bioshock, though it was significantly more useful in that game than this one.

Later in the game, I began to use Bucking Bronco more because it fulfills so many things (bouncing enemies out of cover, disabling them from attacking, and placing them in lethal range).

From what I've seen though, possession is the most powerful vigor and the most used by 1999 players.

Return to Sender is also quite powerful, but it takes some skill. Undertow is downright necessary for shotgun and melee builds.

Return To Sender, baby.
I feel like a GOD when pull a total Neo from the Matrix and catch every bullet.
AND TURN THEM INTO A BULLET-GRENADE.
Oh, power-trip at it's finest, that vigor.

On my 1999 run I went wish Possession. Throw that in a group and you'd possess one and the other guys would kill themselves. Great way to clear rooms quickly. Followed by Return to Sender. Bullet sponge was great and the damage wasn't bad either.

Hmm, never did get into Shock Jokey. Might have to try it with all the love it's getting.

OT: Bucking Bronco.

This, infinite times this.

And Handymen and Iron Patriots were handled with liberal use of Shock Jockey and carbine to the weakspot for massive damage.

You can possess vending machines?! Holy shit, that's amazing.

Crows, because killing someone with it caused another crow to attack the guy behind him and replenish salts with an equipped, fancy pair of pants at the same time. After every large gunfight, I would lord around the room, demanding tribute and proof of conquest from my crow underlings, it was usually just ammo and some cash. I only really changed it out when I had a rocket launcher, for the Bucking Bronco, to ensure one hit kills. Possessions was regulated down to giving me cash from vendors.

I used Devil's Kiss almost exclusively, I had gear that made it spread to other enemies when they were killed. It was like I had set off a volcano, my enemies were disintegrated!

I could summon crows and stun everyone in the room. You can already tell what I used the whole time.

Yep! Gives you a nice handful of coins. Really useful since many of the upgrades--for the Vigors especially--are damn expensive.
