Whats starting to get annoying in ME3 now is the constant disk changing. ME2 had half the story + all the sidequests on Disk 1 and half the story + all the sidequests again on Disk 2 and it worked fine. ME3 seems to have the content just erratically scatted across the 2 disks and therefore the need to keep changing. It would be better if it did channel them into some sort of order so it could split them in half properly like ME2. I installed disk 2 to the HDD but it still told me to put disk 2 in.

I'm not really 'slamming it'. I was saying that I was skeptical that the carryover would be meaningful. The fact that it's more apparent than it was in 2 is good news, though a bit of a surprise considering the slap-dash effort from 1-2.

I just don't intend on purchasing it, not for any of the more apparent reasons but because I didn't like the direction ME2 took. That doesn't mean I think ME3 is a bad game.
I understand. I also got the chance to beat the game and see the ending and...Wow. I can see why people would hate it.

I'm gonna go ahead and skip the "why I hate ME3 as a whole" thing, because that's been talked to death. No, I'm not still hung up on it. I was completely let down, and in response I'm gonna stop giving EA my patronage. I'm gonna opt to focus on why I'm mad at EA/Bioware specifically for a second: they seem to think I'm a week old. They're acting like I've never been fed a line before.

"Oh, we meant for most of you to hate the ending."

"Oh, we actually meant for it to be another, better ending, but then decided that was a bad idea."

"It's okay though, we'll add more later. Not what you want though."

"Don't worry, we're listening to you. Please stop damaging our potential sales in unreleased regions."

Really? If you were unwilling or unable to deliver the product you promised me, fine. Have the balls to admit to it. Don't try to pacify me with a string of weak excuses. Just adds insult to injury.

It's not that people hate the game, they just hate the last ten minutes of it with a passion. People do have other gripes with it naturally, but it's the ending that's got everyone's quads in a bunch.
