Hell no, I spit out the ponies water when it ends up in my mouth. Who knows what could be in the water, especially if it's a lake or other natural body of water?

Though to be honest, I've only learned how to swim last year and am still pretty bad at it, but whenever I get water in my mouth from anywhere, I spit it out, unless I wanted to drink the water in the first place.

so yeah, i do not swallow seawater, lake water, or pool water, for most or all of the above reasons. i am a spitter and i am proud!
