Weirdly after a particularly bad mountian biking accident i have two metal plates in my left arm anyway. So i'm not far off being the cyborg. My special ability now is setting off the detectors in airports.

Left arm, that way I can be duel-handed

Right arm, containing some sort of all-purpose nanite-based replication system.
Though realistically you'd have to have your shoulder and spinal column replaced too else you'd rip your arm off.
So the spine would contain hidden blades that became wings!!!
Edit: Though for what I didn't vote for, a replacement right eye able to cycle through all spectrums a la Predator would also be snazzy.
Bonus points if it was also able to emit an energy trail with a colour of my choosing.

I could be online and game anywhere, if it's in wikipedia i know it, i wouldn't have nightmares, just subconsously browse 4chan when i slept, and i'd need an implant thingy that removed my need to sleep, so i could game even more, and stay clear of /b/.
Oh, and i want a lighter in my finger, and night/heat/infrared/xray/etc vision.
And wing, metallic awesome wings, or something jet-back-ish on my heels, like iron-man, just build in.

I choose my head so I could have a computer in there. That would be my weapon too. Access to all the worlds knowledge is the only weapon I'll ever need.
