It's close between Swamp Fever and Hard Rain.
Swamp Fever has one of the best traditional Last Stands, and Hard Rain is crazy when there's zero visibility.

I like Hard Rain 
I think that was the one were Ellis said something along the lines of;
"Did I ever tell you about this time me and my friend Keith fought our way down from the roof of a hotel against a horde of zombies - Oh wait, that was with you guys! Can't wait to tell Keith about that!"

Mine would probably be Swamp Fever followed closely by Hard Rain. The Parish is OK (especially the bridge part) but whenever I joined a versus game online, it would always be on the first chapter of The Parish. Variety is your friend, not your enemy.

then u have to take him to the helicopter in the finaly...

On Topic Hard Rain for it's difficulty and because the game refuses to let me beat the campaign.
I really liked Dead Center for some odd reason. Maybe because I'm trying to beat them in order, but I can't seem to beat the first one so I've tried over and over and over again and can't even get to the finale.
I also don't understand why so many people voted for Hard Rain because when I go online, there are about 5 servers for every map except for Hard Rain.

I haven't played it, but I know in Hard Rain there's a shit load of witches in one place, so that sounds like fun to me.
