So, now that PSN is back up (for at least most of us), I thought I'd take it upon myself to offer a Portal 2 online co-op matching service. For all those of us who haven't had a chance to play Portal 2's co-op mode, or at least haven't played much of it, feel free to find others here to play with, without fear of story spoilers.

Also, it might help to put up some basic details about yourself that might make you more attractive to potential co-operative testing initiative partners.

Think of it as a lonely hearts type deal. But with science.

Anyway, I've played through about the first half, bit I'd be perfectly fine with replaying from the start, and I don't remember any solutions. I'm generally pretty passive and patient, you'd have to go pretty far to piss me off. I've also got a mic, and have played through the single-player twice.

I thought that was the central premise of Portal 2's multiplayer mode. =DD

I've already played through it too much, but it's a good idea to get people from the community to play with you rather than just choosing randoms. Plus, the people here are probably sufficiently embittered with traditional gaming that they'll maliciously trick you into some horrible position.

(Positive in my book, don't judge me ><)

I'n going to hold off so i can experience the cross platform, but my PC buddy has already played the co-op (were working through out friendship issues for not waiting for me)

However i like the idea of meeting up with fellow escapists to portal our way through Arpeture Labs :D

Yeah, I had that same situation.

Can't say I wouldn't've done the same, to be honest.

the worst thing is is that i owned it for 2 weeks before she did. i waited until she got it before i even attempted to go online. thats the moment i found out how bad the hack was. Was a bit pissed that i didn't read up on the co-op story or attempt to play another version to avoid ruining the story. She's been throwing in my face ever since, cus she's a PC elitist :(

There may be emotional deflection disscussions about the state of our friendship. I'm talking about puppets and anger therapy cushioned bats.

Clearly she isn't up to requisite trust standards. Sounds like you'd barely get 4 seconds of trust from her.

Hey, If anyone is looking for a quick and easy Professor Portal, I'm your man.

I'm keen just to dip my toes in the water for now.... Then I'll find a long-term partner ;D

Also, Could someone tell me how long an average play through of Co-op would take?

From what I hear, it's about as long as the single-player.
