They shouldn't burn anything or break anything but I don't give a damn about whether or not you agree with the protesting in your neighbourhood. Protests aren't meant to be convenient, they're meant to make people do what the protesters want. And since "don't kill people because they have a different skin colour" is a reasonable request you should probably strive to meet it.
That sounds like blackmail/hostage-taking.

The Berkley protestors at least confined themselves to campus. They didn't go out into the suburbs as far as I'm aware.
Only the first one the second round they trashed a lot of the town

So it's a bad idea for militias to go into cities, but it's a good idea for these people to go into people's homes.

Granted if the proud boys went into a Portland apartment block of a BLM, Antifa, or whatever protesters, and made sure they couldn't sleep, everyone on this forum, and left-wingers, liberals would be calling bloody murder.

Edit: Also aren't suburbs voting for Biden, and isn't Portland's suburbs given they are in Oregon more progressive than most suburbs, if not the whole country.
Ah but the argument is the suburbs are stolen property thanks to gentrification and actually should be housing and belong to Black people. Hence some of the protests have been yelling for people to give up their homes.

What’s the double standard?
If you call one out you're a hero (see people thinking they're so great after they fell for Amber Heard's BS and tried to cancel Johnny Depp.) If you call out the other you're a racist cultural imperialist not respecting another cultures ways

A lot of people in the suburbs are immigrants, and or not white. How is a LatinX, or Asian responsible for the fuck up things Nixon, Reagan, and yes Clinton, and Biden did.

Hell, even how is a Russian immigrant who had their country destroyed by neoliberal shock theory responsible for the fuck up race-relations in the US.

I don't see BLM trying to go after Bezos houses, socialists yes, but not BLM.

Don’t invoke Johnny Depp and Amber Heard with me, because I’m pissed off they're both not in jail.

Also, domestic abuse is not a matter of culture. It never has been. It is solely the dominion of sad and inadequate people; no matter what bullshit you dress it up in.

"Their land" / "Their communities" they don't care seemingly much beyond that as to who actually is in those suburb housing.

It's definitely a reasonable request. It's so reasonable that it shouldn't have to be made a request.

How many people in the suburbs have committed murder though? How many are police officers? How many hold institutional power?

Ok, so do you all genuinely think that nobody lives in cities? Like that if you protest there that’s fine, the people distressed by that aren’t real, but a protest by a picket fence is barbarism? Because there have been marches through the suburbs multiple times this Summer and it’s not like that’s any different than a March through a city. Seriously, wtf? What insane American idealism is this?

I thought they went to the Mayor's House over the summer? I remember reading about people protesting at George W Bush's house years ago and that was why his neighbors wanted him to move. It isn't like this is somehow new. The 1960's they went through the suburbs during the civil right's movement too. Like somehow this is supposed to be separate or something? I am not sure why anyone even thinks that in the first place. We have heard stories about people telling the protesters to come into their homes to keep them from being arrested:

I am against burning down people's homes period. I am against it when the right-wing does it, and I am against it when these whacko protesters do it.

Where are these burned down homes then? Seriously, the cities should put up with guys showing up and strafing them with paint balls from pickups while people yell about how they’ll burn the whole place down, but one random threat acted on in no meaningful way is the end of America?

both have their own issues.

In cities it's the smashing, burning and looting going on but cities are often noisy and it's not targeting residents so much though if a prominent politician is found to live near it can cause trouble for other residents.

In the Suburbs though it's more targeting people who live there specifically. Shouting and causing commotion outside houses with lights on, or who turn the lights off or shining lights into windows to try and wake people up deliberately or playing loud music to wake them up. Yelling about how people need to give over their homes and they owe it to others to just give them the houses they may well have paid for in good faith.

Those people are from rural areas, leave us, suburbanites, out of this, I already voted, what more do you want.

Uh, a lot of Patriot Prayer is from the suburbs (arguably Joey himself is) and the cops mostly live in suburbs too.
Then vote for more accountability, and if you really want it, defund the police for social workers, and community clinics, why do you have to involve swing voters who are voting for Biden(Not me) in this.

Because their votes and support would be necessary for all of those things.

But we already(again I personally didn't) voted for Biden.

Biden's already won the election because of Surburubites, but let's burn down their houses, and immigrant suburban houses, harass African American home-owners.

BLM isn’t doing campaign outreach for Biden, Biden supports approximately zero of these initiatives, these solutions would be implemented locally, many suburban voters currently oppose these solutions, they are generally still within city or county limits and can therefore effect these initiatives.
