Hmm, well I don't remember them all. I've reset a couple of times, sometimes by choice sometimes by accident. Also how do you even determine it based on a team of 6? Over the course of a playthrough I might change out some of my long standing members for new ones. In any case a good number of my team compositions have been lost to time. Here's the one's I can verify:

My very first playthrough of Crystal and first team registered on Pokemon Stadium 2:

Level 81 Feraligatr and everything else a couple levels higher than what you catch them at. I think I was 9 at the time. Everything else will be from a playthrough that I did as an adult though.

Pokemon Yellow

Pokemon Blue

The team I beat round 2 of Pokemon Stadium 2 with. Probably the strongest team I have ever or will ever make. That game was so tedious, but I needed Dodrio Mode to play Crystal at 3x speed to make completing the Pokedex bearable.

I honestly don't remember much of what I used of the older generations coupled on top of the fact I replayed them a few times and would've shuffled my team choices.

But this is my Ultra Sun team. It was nice being able to get Lightning and Psychic into one Pokemon. I was actually using Sylveon but bred it into a Vulpix so I could get a Ninetales with Moonblast.

Gyarados gets used a lot for me as long as I'm not using a Water starter. In Gen 1, I typically will include Articuno just to counter Lance.

I pretty much just pick the best looking pokemon that I know I will encounter along the way. If it's a pokemon that only comes out in late game, I use cheats to get it early and train it.

Oh god, I don't even remotely remember all of them...

I know in Platinum I had an Emporeon in there.

In Y I had a Talonflame, and an Aegislash and that was sweet. Probably my fave pokemon ever, honestly. I boosted its speed stat as much as possible so that he always acted first when defending thanks to the extra priority boost, and always acted last when attacking due to not being fast enough to act and switch out of defensive mode before taking the opponent's hit first. Made him an absolute arse for other people to fight. Took every hit like a champ, and laid out some devastating damage~

Moon was my last pokemon game so far, and I remember those the most. I had a Salazzle, Flygon, Milotic, Decidueye, and some fire type you could only get through trading with Sun, which I got from my brother. I forget what other one I had to fill that last pokemon gap. Was a very interesting team by the end!

Im not bothering with Imgur.

I have played and replayed numerous times most of the games, so I will stick with more recent teams.

Yellow: Venasaur, Blastoise, Charizard, Pikachu, Nidoking, Kadabra
FireRed: Charizard, Raichu, Vileploom, Hypno, Cloyster, free spot
Black: Serperior, Swoobat, Simipour, Darmanitan, Volcarona, Krookodile
AlphaSapphire: Blaziken, Gardivoir, Aggron, Roserade, Sharpedo, Altaria
X: Delphox, Aegislash, Pangoro, Noivern, Gogoat, Blastoise

Ofcourse there were other games and other teams, but these stand out (aka I remember them)

Also shout out to the Butterfree I used in Leafgreen, I dont remember the full team, but Butterfree was the star of that team. Seriously, underrated pokemon.

I remember back in Gen 1, I would raise a Butterfree for the sole purpose of beating Onyx if I had started with Charmander, or if I was playing Yellow and was stuck with Pikachu.

Though I later decided I didn't really want to waste the time and effort on raising something I'd never use again and went with the Pidgey brigade. I'd catch a few Pidgeys and just spam sand attack on Onyx. By the time they all went down, Onyx would literally be unable to hit anything and I could take my time scratching it to death. I might have thrown in Ratatas for tail whips too.

Though later in FireRed, Charmander would get Metal Claw so I no longer needed to do that. I think I still stuck with Butterfree on Yellow cause Pikachu doesn't learn Quick Attack early enough.

Hhm... The only teams I remember at all are Red, Gold, and Moon. My process for picking my team is just whichever ones I like the look of while also providing a type that another one of my Pokemon doesn't have.

Red

Gold (This one is the one I'm most unsure about. I think I may have swapped out my last two pokemon for different situations)

Moon

Butterfree was amazing in my Yellow game cuz it could learn psychic and psybeam, which usually killed most pokemon that generation.

Let's never forget the severely underleveled Butterfree that defeated Lance in the first Twitch Plays Pokemon stream. Butterfree is champion tier!

Edit: Crap! ATV was a Venomoth! An All-Terrain Venomoth -_-

nvm BUTTERFREE SUCKS!

My Butterfree had Gust (flying), Psychic, Silverwind (Bug), and possibly Giga Drain (Grass), so it was great against Bug, Fight, Grass, Dark, Psychic, Poison, Ground, Rock and Water. It was my Star Pokemon of that team.

What are some of the names you've called your pokemon? My first, my Squirtle I named Blaster because of what I knew his final evolution would be.

My Feraligater I named Krackle because of his jaws, Xatu was named Totem (For obvious reasons) and my Magcargo was named Raphael (Because he was red).

My Poplio I named Shiri, it means 'My song' or 'song of the soul', Lurantis was named Quartet, my Salazzle was named Amethyst, my Gigalith was named Echo, Goodra was Lavender and my Mismagius was named Maple, after the witch from the Oracle games.

In the earlier games I don't think I gave any particularly interesting names for my pokemon but I've become much more particular about what I name them and spend far more time than I probably should coming up with a name for them.

Thats a very good move set for versatility. I wonder if Beautifly can do that as well. I have to try that out in the black and white rom hacks.

It's only until recently in which I started giving nicknames to some pokemon. I only do it if I don't like their name or if I'm in the mood.

Feraligator - Gatorade

Ninetails- Kitsune or Ahri

Braviary - Aquila

Hydreigon- Hydra

Liligant - Lily
