I hadn't thought about Kenshin's weapon. That would get him major awesome points.2xDouble said:From right to left:
Cloud's Buster Sword: Final Fantasy 7
Siefer's (not Squall's) Gunblade: Final Fantasy 8
A carving knife. (Don't recognize it from any particular series)
Ichigo's zanpakutou, Zangetsu: Bleach
Renji's zanpakutou, Zabimaru: Bleach
Kenshin's Reverse-blade sword: Rorouni Kenshin
while it does appear to be a reverse-blade katana, the handle looks different from the design of Kenshin's katana.2xDouble said:From right to left:

On the other hand we can't rule out the possibility that he was working on that stuff too but just hadn't acquired enough matches yet.Revnak said:If he really respected his enemy then that Tensa Zangetsu on the left would have a manji for a guard and some links of chain on the end. This man would have brought dishonor to both his and his adversary's families had he used such a blade. Not to mention that he probably didn't take the time to make a badass coat and cover himself with bandages. HOW CAN SOMEONE USE TENSA ZANGETSU WITHOUT A BADASS COAT AND BANDAGES!?!?!Quaxar said:Well, maybe he respected his enemy and wanted him to go out in style.Revnak said:And that is how a real man breaks out of prison. With materia and zanpakuto AS BIG AS A HUMAN TORSO!
Honestly though, if he were really planning to use these to harm someone, why put so much effort into it? People may be pretty crazy in prison, but if I were gonna stab a guy, I would use something more utilitarian. Small and pointy is easier to hide than TORSO SIZE!
XD he might a been working on it at the very leastTank207 said:Oh hey, it's Zangetsu and Zabimaru!
... Now I want to watch Bleach again.
I wonder if the prisoner reached Bankai.
Oh they'd know the reason alright, they'd know! It was to save his girlfriend from the freakish phoenix guillotine! And to prove his honor to a girly man wearing hair decs who's also a huge douche! He would have been the most honorable warrior in all of soul society had he only put forth the extra effort on the badass coat and bandages... and if he hadn't been found out. That probably would have helped too... as well as soul society actually existing. All that stuff would've helped.Quaxar said:On the other hand we can't rule out the possibility that he was working on that stuff too but just hadn't acquired enough matches yet.Revnak said:If he really respected his enemy then that Tensa Zangetsu on the left would have a manji for a guard and some links of chain on the end. I mean of course weaponry would be first priority, think about how ridiculous "MAN BUILDS COAT OUT OF MATCHSTICKS, REASONS UNKNOWN" would look in the papers.
Given the level of detail he worked into them (well, considering it's matchsticks and glue) I don't think he's be breaking any of them on his inmates except as a last resort. There's no word as to if the prisoner constructed the matchstick swords out of boredom, intent to harm fellow inmates or possibly for use in a grand adventure to save the world.
Till he breaks zangetsu like ichigo did in the fight against kenpachi, then rebuilds as a bankai, that's probably why he didn't make it the bankai version to begin with, authenticityAtmos Duality said:Given the level of detail he worked into them (well, considering it's matchsticks and glue) I don't think he's be breaking any of them on his inmates except as a last resort. There's no word as to if the prisoner constructed the matchstick swords out of boredom, intent to harm fellow inmates or possibly for use in a grand adventure to save the world.
Just my interpretation.
Jesus...was wondering when SOMEONE would figure out Kenshin's... Was pretty obvious. The reverse blade was a dead giveaway.2xDouble said:From right to left:
