Producer Explains Why NieR: Automata Will Not Release on Xbox One

Um...hmm...
The first release of the trailer showed a Steam/PC release set for 3/10/2017. Then, the trailer was 'reuploaded' with the one currently shown in the OP, which no longer shows any date at all for a PC version. Doesn't even mention a PC build.
So...what's the deal? Has the PC build been delayed again? Has it been quietly cancelled? It's still listed on the Square-Enix Online Store, but I can't seem to find any other instance of the PC version. Is it no longer coming to Steam and other DD services?
