Welcome back Adrian Shepard in the flesh, or rather, in the combat armor.

Yes, we have a somewhat unofficial yet official sequel to OpFor just released. Produced by one guy named Richard Seabrook in 18 months of work and then presented to Valve for their approval as cannon (Spoiler, Gaben gave him the rights to sell it and it's mostly cannon) before selling it on Steam [http://store.steampowered.com/app/399120/]. The game takes place with Adrian Shepard as the protagonist and I will say no more for fear of spoilers.

I'm going to be giving this a go myself then I can edit this with a more in depth opinion of the gameplay itself. Till then, What are your opinions on the game? do you think that it sounds interesting? Or just another excuse for Valve to delay counting past 2?

(As a final note, the game currently costs about $10 or equivalent which is a nice price if it's good content.)

It's Shephard. Shepard - no "h", is the commander from Mass Effect.

Well, considering OpFor itself is not cannon, I am not sure how much this matters.

Yeah, I think it sounds interesting. I liked OpFor and I was actually looking forward to some sort of follow up to that. I'll look into the game.

As of now, it has a large-ish amount of negative reviews. It may still be OK, but it's just something that I think is worth mentioning.
