Ok, as a bit of friendly advice? Lead with that next time. "Anyone know the game High Seas Trader" doesn't give us much to work with. That's a question whose answer more or less ends at 'yes' or 'no', and as this is a discussion board, you typically won't get a lot of responses with that.

"I'm looking for a game like High Seas Trader, but with better graphics, does anyone know of something like that", however, gives us a framework to immediately start making suggestions that may or may not scratch that itch.

For instance, after a glance at the wikipedia summary, it occurs to me that Rebel Galaxy may have a similar trading niche, albeit in a spacefaring setting. I don't know if the setting is a negotiable point for you, however, or if you wanted something a bit more grounded.

Isn't Elite Dangerous kind of a similar type of thing too? I've not played any of these, but I remember talk about you can just be a trader in ED.

I don't know how modern your looking for but sid meier pirate is probably still the best known in the genre. Dunno if sea of thieves / king of sea have much of a trading element.

Just occurred to me that we may be in a "bots or person?" situation...

It's not terribly advanced from 1995 being released somewhere in the early 2000s, but I had a lot of fun with Tradewinds as a kid. It's not really deep and you can pretty much beat the game in an afternoon if you know what you are doing, but it's fun enough.

Again, I'm not looking to conquer mountains and that......
I'm looking for a free sailing game where I buy goods and sell them in another port buy soldiers to fight the pirates and rob them and take their money and loot if they have aboard buying bigger new ships later in the game for money is what I'm looking for...... .....
