Yeah.
I had my doubts at first as it looked like a generic American action/comedy to me, but I've since been told that it's quite mature, so I'll give it a bash.

Loved it. Film of the year for me so far, I just found it ridiculously entertaining. Plus, Hit Girl is just awesome, plain and simple.

I've already seen it. I enjoyed it.

Plus, it makes a lot of sense. If villains and ne'er-do-wells aren't restricted to comic books, why are superheroes?

Why is there no option for "I saw it and my IQ dropped a few points"?
Was quite a boring flick

I saw it over the weekend. It was a fun watch, I also enjoy seeing low budget films doing well.

Totally, just going to wait for it on DVD. $$$ is tight and there seems to be no added benefit to see it in theaters.

I already saw it a while ago, I loved it apart from a few <url=http://www.escapistmagazine.com/forums/read/18.189295-Incoming-nerd-rage-Kick-Ass>really stupid parts. Still, it's in my top-4 favorite superhero movies of all time.

It doesn't look very realistic... Kids just don't have enough weight to be knocking people back 15 feet.

Also: What kind of parent trusts a 9 year old with a SWITCHBLADE??!

It doesn't really appeal to me, but I wouldn't protest it. Probably because I'm somewhat anti-censoring. I can appreciate that swearing children would put people off, but seriously, protesting it because they made a girl swear? She said herself that she'd never say those things at home or a t school so where's the issue? It's another opportunity for parents to teach their kids why something is wrong, but instead they just protest at something showing it.

I saw the movie and read the comic books.
If you've not seen either, see the movie. Its cool.
If you've read the comic and not seen the movie, only see it if you don't go insane over changing the original content.

I don't know if it's because of my exposure to video games, but I didn't find it that violent. But honestly next to Shutter Island, it's my movie of the year so far. We'll see how Iron Man 2 plays out.

EDIT: Honestly it's one of the most human movies I've ever seen despite all the comic book nerdom.
