I didn't think Jesse Custer would count as a superhero, so I voted for Batman on reflex. It wasn't until reading through comments that I remembered Jack Knight. Dammit.

I voted for Bats, of course. He's really the only one that didn't get his powers through Wonderflonium or by birthright, and his villains are completely AWESOME.

While I'm a HUGE fan of the Bat, and pretty much always have been, one only has to look at my avatar to know where my vote went.

I'm a little surprised to see Lantern in second place. Not that I'm complaining, but I just never thought he (or they) were all that popular.

Batman. He's definitely the smartest out of all of the above superheroes, and could kick the majority of their asses.

EDIT: Also, Superman doesn't really use his powers correctly. All too often I see him getting the shit punched out of him, and he refuses to use his cold breath or laser eyes or anything to defend himself.

Marvel has always had my heart of the two but if a crazed man broke into my house and held me at gunpoint demanding my favorite DC superhero I would say "Doctor Fate...*pees pants*".

I voted for other. Raven and Starfire are my personal favorite characters. Depending on my mood, either Raven is my favorite or Starfire is. Currently I like Raven more as her character seems to be developing more and getting more attention than Starfire's.
