Of the listed items, easily the master sword, because it also has the potential to travel through time.

However, my favorite weapon that isn't batshit crazy is the lightning claw from Dawn of War, because there aren't many more badass things than massive, metal, razor sharp claws with lightning running through them.

Energy Sword is made of plasma, that is, super-heated gas that is so hot it has liquid properties. It would melt straight through any other sword.

So from a scientific standpoint, the Energy Sword has to win by default. Why have only two people (including myself) voted for it then?!?!?

It also makes cool swishing sounds and generally looks sexy.

It's a gun that shoots some kind of sawblade device that homes in onto the enemy's head (the enemy being a dinosaur), ripping out its brain matter and blood until its head explodes.

The Zero Point Energy Manipulator (Gravity Gun)

Not only is the gravity gun a very creative an unusual weapon, it's pretty powerful against most things you use it against (one barrel/chair/toilet to the face will kill most enemies in the game), and it can still be useful even when it doesn't (tossing explosive barrels, clearing the way or grabbing a shield/some cover). Not to mention how it's ammo consists of pretty much anything that isn't nailed down.
Finally, there's how fun it is to laugh at your enemies' use of conventional weapons while smashing them in the face with a file cabinet from some distance away.

Other: Armageddon's Blade from Heroes of Might and Magic 3. (Warcraft 3 stole it, nerfed it, and renamed it Frostmourne.)
