Other, The Fat Boy in Fallout III. Two reasons:
1. The Idea of a Mini-Nuke + Launcher.
2. The way it feels to fire one in game. I remember how it immense it felt to fire my first one off.

(I think the one that fires off multiple ones is a waste and very much overkill.)

1. Keyblade. Hitting things with a large, metal object was never quite so stylish... and then shooting magic! Wheee!
2. Plasma Coil from the Ratchet & Clank series. That was my favourite gun for so long!

Yeah, but it's a complete rip-off of the Tether Guided Practical Nuke from RECOIL.
My vote (just in front of that last one) goes to the Magma Minigun from Alien Shooter. IT FIRES FUCKING LAVA! WHAT MORE DO YOU WANT?
